What is the shipping process for complete bicycles?
Bicycles are shipped 85% assembled in a secure, heavy-duty box. We recommend having your bike professionally tuned at a local shop to ensure the brakes and drivetrain are perfectly calibrated before your first ride.
Does my Marin bike come with a warranty?
Yes, all our frames are covered by a limited lifetime warranty for the original owner. Components such as forks, wheels, and drivetrains are covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties, typically for one to two years.
What is your return policy for accessories and gear?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets and installed components cannot be returned once the packaging is opened.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship directly to addresses within the United States and Canada. For other international regions, please use our Dealer Locator to find an authorized Marin Bikes distributor in your country.
